Participation Requirements

・Participants must be 16 years or older and able to ride a bicycle.
・Participants must understand safety instructions in English.
・Participants must not be pregnant or have specific medical conditions (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.).
・Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Code of Conduct

・Participants must follow the guide’s instructions and operate the vehicle safely.
・Dangerous driving, leaving the tour without permission, acts that disturb others, and any violations of laws are strictly prohibited.

Insurance / Disclaimer

・During the tour, participants are covered by insurance (Personal Injury: unlimited / Property Damage: unlimited / Passenger Coverage: JPY 30,000,000).
・The Company shall not be liable for events not covered by insurance, such as natural disasters, pre-existing medical conditions, or accidents caused by the participant’s own negligence.

Cancellation / Refund

・Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour are free of charge.
・If the tour is cancelled by the organizer (e.g., due to severe weather or safety reasons), a full refund will be provided.
